Service Overview

Assists unit administrators with batch processing (20+) one-time Additional Pay payments, or work address/telephone updates.

How to Request Service

Please have the following information available to complete your request:

  • For Additional Pay Batch Update
    • At least six weeks prior to the effective date of the Additional Pay, contact the Shared Services Center (see contact information below) to initiate an Additional Pay batch process. An SSC team representative will email you a spreadsheet template that you will complete and return to the SSC team representative.
  • For HR Batch Address/Phone Changes
