Employment Processors coordinate new employee orientation attendance for new or returning regular staff members. They help the employee to complete the university’s onboarding process, present a university cultural and service overview, complete the I-9 process, and eVerification if necessary.
How to Request Service
Work with your Employment Processor to complete the eRecruit Prepare for Hire process and communicate the attendance date to your new hire/rehire.
- The background check must be passed and in a state of completion prior to attendance.
- Make sure the employee knows to come prepared to present eligibility and identity documents as listed on the last page of the I-9 form
