How to Request Service
Please email the Data Management Team (Transaction Support) at email@example.com and include the following information to complete your request:
- What PAR transaction you are working on
- UMID number
- Phone number in case we need to contact you

Why was my transaction denied?
Transactions may not be able to be processed for many reasons. You should have received an email notification or a workflow denial with details about the reason for the inability to process. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get further clarification.
Why can't I create a PAR transaction?
You need the appropriate system access and training. Refer to the UL presentation on Personnel Action Request (PAR) at http://www.mais.umich.edu/groups/download/ITSUL201406PARDemo.pdf. For additional information, contact your Unit Liaison (UL).

I don't have a multi-function printer/scanner (MFD) to create pdf's for my HR supplemental documents. How do I complete the transaction?
You must include within the PAR Comments "Supporting documentation has been mailed". Attach a cover sheet with the text "PAR transaction ID######", followed with the text of "Emplid ########", in the upper right hand corner of cover sheet and send to HRRIS, 4073 Wolverine Tower, 1281. PAR Approvers may request a copy of the supporting documentation to Approve. Also, mailing the supporting documents into the address given will result in a delay of processing.
