Beginning December 8, 2022, the SSC will be updating the email address used by TeamDynamix notifications for Finance related tickets. The email address, um.ssc.fin@umich.edu, will be the default address for TeamDynamix notifications and will have “U-M Shared Services Center” as the display name.

This email address is for TDx reply emails only. Sending an email directly to this address will not create a new ticket in TDx.

If you currently have Gmail filters set up to filter SSC TDx notifications in your inbox you will need to modify your filters. You can find instructions on how to edits Gmail filters here.
